Welcome to the Bay Boat Club Website!

An Ohio Clean Marina, we are an environmentally responsible non-profit public club that provides small boat launching facilities to our members in Bay Village, Ohio. The club is open to any Bay Village resident who owns a watercraft.

Membership

Our membership registration and rack waiting list will close as of June 30, 2024.  We ask that you please click and read our “New Member and Waiting List Information” in our main menu, as we will no longer answer any inquires in regards to new membership questions, waiting list questions, or club availability.

Membership Updates for 2025

  1. New membership registration – April 1, 2025 until June 30, 2025
  2. Annual Membership Renewal  – December 1, 2024 until February 1, 2025
  3. Annual Rack Storage Renewal – December 1, 2024 until February 1, 2025
  4. Annual Waiting List Renewal for current  Rack list holders – March 1, 2025 until March 31, 2025
  5. New Rack Waiting List Signup period – April 1, 2025 until June 30, 2025
  6. 50% Penalty Annual Membership Renewal – Feb 2, 2025 until Feb 28, 2025
  7. Annual Membership Renewal closed – Feb 28, 2025
  8. Spring Cleanup – April 26 @ 9:00am
  9. Annual Dinner – Bay Lodge – Oct 4 @ 6:30pm
  10. Fall Cleanup and Shutdown – Nov 1 @ 9:00am

VIZPIN Gate Access

If you’re having problems with the app, try these common solutions first:

    • Enable Location on your Mobile phone and the VIZpin App. Sometimes the phone location is enabled but the App location permission is off
    • Enable Bluetooth
    • Enable Mobile Data.
    • Refresh the VIZpin Smart app
    • Uninstall and reinstall the VIZpin app
    • Disable and re-enable your phone’s Bluetooth radio
    • Close the VIZpin SMART app and all other apps that are running on your phone (including background apps in your recent app list) and re-open VIZpin App
    • Reboot your phone
